About Me

Hey it’s Mo. I am excited to share with you over a decade and a half worth of travel experiences.

I was born and raised on the 32 square miles island of St. Thomas, in the United States Virgin Islands. I have always had a passion for travel and a love for food. Growing up I would visit the United States, the British Virgin Islands and the surrounding islands with my mom and siblings. As an adult, I was determined to see more of the world. There is just something about getting on an airplane in one country and landing in another that always excites me.

Of course, this journey was not without false promises, and last minute cancellations from fellow travelers. That, however, is what pushed me to start my solo travel journey. After traveling to over 25 countries solo, I can say is:
